Susan Osborne

Susan Osborne is an experienced professional in customer experience design, currently serving as the CX Design lead at Irish Life Corporate Business since November 2020. Prior to that, Susan worked at Bank of Ireland from March 2017 to November 2020, focusing on customer-centric communications and processes within a major transformation program. Additional consulting roles were held at Vodafone, where Susan developed a comprehensive organization-wide customer experience plan, and at a Life Science Company, where a customer experience training module was designed. With extensive experience at Bank of Ireland from 1986 to 2012, Susan held various positions including Customer Proposition Manager and Manager of the Customer Strategy and Research Unit, contributing to the redesign of banking experiences and the implementation of customer-centered initiatives. Susan has a Master's degree in Business Administration from Trinity College Dublin and a Diploma in Business Studies/Banking from the University of Limerick.
