Tom Darnell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the audio technology and digital marketing sectors. As the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of IRIS Audio Technologies since November 2018, Tom focuses on fostering connections between humans and audio to promote engagement and wellbeing. In addition to this role, Tom advises and consults for high-growth businesses in areas such as commercial strategy and customer experience. Previously, Tom served as Customer Engagement Director at Betsson Group, where a centralized service for 27 brands was established. A successful turnaround strategy was implemented as Chief Commercial Officer at Creare, a leading digital marketing agency. Earlier in the career at Hibu, Tom held various leadership positions, driving digital transformation and customer strategy, ultimately enhancing acquisition channels and performance. Tom holds education credentials from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
