Vangelis Vassalos is an experienced professional currently working at Irida Labs as the Head of Project Management Office and PerCV.ai Edge Product Manager. Vangelis has a strong background in FPGA and Embedded Systems Engineering, and is involved in all stages of software development for computer vision and machine learning projects. Additionally, Vangelis serves as an Adjunct Professor at Hellenic Open University and University of Patras, where Vangelis teaches courses related to digital system design and logic design. Vangelis holds a PhD in VLSI Design of High Speed Digital Arithmetic Circuits, a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, and a Bachelor's degree in Physics.
