Dave Schofield serves as the Vice President Operations at Vibrantz Technologies Inc. since November 2023, where significant safety improvements and capacity enhancements have been achieved. Prior to this role, Dave held the position of Vice President Operations at Kraton Corporation from May 2016 to October 2023, leading the successful integration of the company into DL Chemical and setting new safety records. Dave has extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management, with a proven track record in safety culture transformation and continuous improvement from previous roles at Arizona Chemical and National Starch & Chemical. Dave holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Newcastle University and has undergone further education at Henley Business School.
