Michaela Petrakli is a seasoned professional with experience in social media management and sales. Currently serving as a Social Media Manager at IRES since September 2020, Michaela oversees brand pages, creates content aligned with marketing objectives, and manages community interactions across platforms. Prior to this role, Michaela worked at Würth Group as a Sales Consultant from November 2016 to September 2020, focusing on customer relationship management and market analysis while also training new sales staff. Michaela began a career as a Sales Representative at Forthnet from May 2014 to October 2016, providing customer support and managing company systems. Michaela holds a Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Patras and has furthered education with degrees in Brand and Marketing and Digital Marketing from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2020.
