Sitaram Srivatsavai is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in the healthcare and life sciences domains. Currently serving as Senior Director of Software Engineering Development at IQVIA since October 2016, Sitaram oversees the engineering teams for key products such as OCE Personal, Connect, Connectors, Engage, and Grants, focusing on the design and development of data connectors to enhance integration with Salesforce. Prior to this role, Sitaram progressed through various positions at IQVIA, IMS Health, and 360 Vantage, where responsibilities included leading software development projects, adopting agile methodologies, and innovating field sales applications. Sitaram began a career in technology as a Programmer Analyst with Cognizant Technology Solutions after earning a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University Chennai in 2007.
