James Holland Crout has been working in the healthcare industry since 2006. James Holland began their career at Healthcare Management Systems as a Clinical Application Support Analyst. In 2009, they joined MEDHOST as a Manager of Customer Support, later becoming an Integration Support Technical Lead, Integration Analyst Level II, Clinical Technical Analyst, and Clinical Team Lead. In 2021, they became an Integration Engineer at Collective Medical.

James Holland Crout began their educational journey in 1994, attending Young Harris College before transferring to The University of Georgia the same year. At The University of Georgia, they obtained a BA in Journalism/Broadcast Media in 1998. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Learning Cloud Computing: Core Concepts from LinkedIn in July 2021.
