Ella Lvov is a Senior Counsel at IQVIA with experience in corporate law and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to their current role, Ella worked at Goodwin and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, gaining experience in private equity, corporate and securities law. Ella holds a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Political Science and Government from Rollins College. Ella has also interned at various law firms and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
