Carlos Miranda-Torres is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in legal and compliance roles within the healthcare and financial sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Provider Contracts-Legal at Modivcare since January 2019, Carlos has previously held positions such as Network Operations Manager and Fraud, Waste and Abuse Supervisor at LogistiCare. Prior to that, Carlos worked as Area Compliance Officer at Sigue Corporation and Team Leader Fraud at Banco Popular de Puerto Rico. Carlos began a career in finance at Scotiabank, where roles included DSO Officer and Senior Security Officer. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Inter American University School of Law and a BA in Administration in Criminal Justice from Inter-American University of Puerto Rico-Metropolitan Campus. Educational background also includes studies at Universidad de Puerto Rico and Florida Atlantic University, along with a high school diploma from Cupeyville School.
