Marija Kecman Puric serves as the Global Head of Legal and HR at IPS Intelligent Process Solutions since April 2019, overseeing various administrative and operational functions, including legal support and contract negotiation. Prior to this role, Marija was the Global Legal Counsel and Head of Legal Department at Tehnomanija & Roaming Electronics, where business and legal counsel were provided to management on governance and strategic decisions. Earlier experience includes a position as Legal Specialist for East Adriatic Markets at Mondel��z International, focusing on commercial agreements, corporate governance, and legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Additional roles include Attorney at Law at BDK Advokati and legal training with IKRP Rokas & Partners and the Commercial Court of Belgrade. Marija holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law University of Belgrade and has completed the bar exam.
