Mattias Nagér serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Einride since May 2018, bringing extensive HR experience from previous roles including HR Manager & People Partner at Telia Sverige and Talent Manager Technology, focusing on talent acquisition in the tech sector. Prior HR positions include HR Manager for Ciber and Nova, as well as responsibilities in recruitment and employer branding at Acando. Earlier in their career, Mattias held roles as Human Resources Manager at XLENT and as a Recruitment Consultant/Researcher at Hays, with a foundation in HR as a Consultant Manager Assistant at Academic Work. Mattias Nagér holds a degree from Uppsala University.
