Eladio Crego Gil has extensive work experience in various executive and leadership roles. Starting from 2005, they worked as an Investment Manager at UNINVEST until 2009. In 2009, they founded and served as the Founder and CEO of EFT INNOVATION & COMMERCIALIZATION CONSULTING SL. From 2010, they worked as a Technology Transfer Consultant at Fundación Pedro Barrié de la Maza. In 2013, they became the CFO at Torusware, a company that specializes in accelerating performance-critical software. Eladio held this position until 2019 when they joined iPronics Programmable Photonics as the CEO. In 2022, they transitioned to the role of Chief Financial Officer at the same company. Alongside their other roles, Eladio Crego Gil has also served as a Member of the Board at NASASBIOTECH SL, Qubiotech, and Mtrap Inc, as well as a Member of ASTP Proton at ASTP.

Eladio Crego Gil attended Universidad de Santiago de Compostela from 1990 to 1995, where they pursued a degree in Economics. Eladio then went on to complete their MBA from Universidad Intercontinental de la Empresa between 1996 and 1997, specializing in Master en Business Administration. In 2012, Eladio enrolled in a Program for Management Development (PMD®) at Esade, which they completed in 2013.
