Colin Gallick

Portfolio Non Executive Director at IP Group

Colin Gallick has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2006, they founded Hart Ventures and served as the Executive Chairman. Colin is currently a Fellow at The RSA and a Portfolio Non Executive Director at IP Group plc, both starting in 2020. Colin has also held positions such as Emeritus Freeman at the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists since 2015 and a member of the Advisory Boards for Retail Next, Inc and RichRelevance Inc since 2014 and 2009 respectively. Colin served as Chairman of the Board for the British Dyslexia Association from 2020 to 2022, and as an Advisor to the Board from 2015 to 2022. Colin has also been a Volunteer for the British Red Cross since 2017. From 2014 to 2022, they served as the Executive Chairman of Silverwork. Colin's work experience also includes being a member of the Board of Trustees for Citizens Advice from 2018 to 2020.

Colin Gallick completed their education by obtaining a B.Sc. degree in Economics from the University of Bristol in the years 1971-1974. Colin continued their studies at the University of Bath, earning an M.Sc. degree in Industrial Economics from 1975-1977. Additionally, Colin obtained a Diploma in Advanced Marketing from Bristol Polytechnic in the year 1974-1975.
