Toby Mulligan, JD, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and investment sectors. Since May 2011, Toby has served as CEO of ProScribe, leading the company to become the second largest in its industry and earning recognition in INC in 2018 and 2019. In March 2023, Toby joined Alamo Angels as an Investing Member, contributing to economic growth in the San Antonio community by enhancing resources for early-stage companies. In June 2017, Toby co-founded Stogo, a tool designed to optimize healthcare scheduling systems. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Business Development at ePharmaSolutions, enhancing clinical trial efficiencies, and as President of Spectrum Pharmaceutical Research, managing clinical trials for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. Toby holds a JD from SMU Dedman School of Law, a BA in International Studies, French, and Geography from Texas State University, and studied at the Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour.
