Alexandra Pinto Martins is a Law Clerk with significant experience in litigation and legal support. Currently employed at the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario since December 2017, Alexandra is involved in judicial reviews and civil proceedings across various courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada. Additionally, Alexandra has been freelancing with Law Clerk Legal Services since September 2016. Prior to these roles, Alexandra worked at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP from May 2002 to June 2016 as a Law Clerk and Paralegal in the Health Law Group, managing extensive case files and assisting senior legal professionals in complex medical negligence claims. Alexandra's education includes ongoing studies at York University - Osgoode Hall Law School and a Law Clerk Certification from George Brown College through the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
