Shobana Iyer is a seasoned Commercial Barrister, Arbitrator, and Mediator at Swan Chambers since April 2010, specializing in compliance, regulatory issues, contract management, and dispute resolution. Additionally, Shobana holds a position on the European Commission's List of Chairpersons for Arbitrations and serves as Co-Vice-Chair (Civil) of the Legal Services Committee for the General Council of the Bar of England and Wales, focusing on the administration of justice and emerging technologies in the legal sector.
