Jeffrey Fletcher, PhD, MPA, has extensive experience in educational data analysis and program management, currently serving as the leader in Career & Technical Education at the Iowa Department of Education since January 2019. In this role, Jeffrey oversees programming processes and develops the state performance accountability plan in compliance with federal legislation. Previous positions include Sales Reporting Analyst at GuideOne Insurance, Data Analytics Consultant at BASF, and Revenue Cycle Data Analyst at Mom's Meals NourishCare, where Jeffrey utilized analytical skills to enhance performance metrics and business effectiveness. An academic background includes a PhD in Educational Leadership and a Master’s in Public Administration from Iowa State University, complemented by a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Winona State University.
