Balaji Thiru Narayanan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and service delivery within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at iOPEX Technologies, Balaji oversees automation and transformation projects, focusing on service delivery and performance metrics for prominent US telecom and e-commerce clients. Prior experience includes roles at Prodapt, where Balaji managed projects involving SDLC and Robotic Process Automation, as well as consulting for leading telecom service providers. At Accenture, Balaji led revenue assurance initiatives to identify and recover revenue leakage, while at Tata Consultancy Services, Balaji served as a subject matter expert in telecom operations and successfully led a significant transition for an Australian telecom provider.
