Issa Djuma Mazimpaka CHRBP has a range of work experience in various roles and companies spanning from 2014 to the present. Issa Djuma served as a Finance and Administration Manager at JALI Partners Ltd from August 2014 to August 2017. Following this, they joined CSI Energy Group as a Business Services Manager from November 2017 to November 2021. Thereafter, they assumed the position of Head of Human Resources and Administration at Inyange Industries Ltd starting from November 2021. Currently, they are a Board Member at CSI Energy Group Rwanda Limited starting from November 2023.

Issa Djuma Mazimpaka CHRBP has a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Lay Adventists of Kigali. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2013, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting from the Independent Institute of Lay Adventists of Kigali (INILAK). In addition, they have obtained the certification of CHRBP (Charted Human Resources Business Partner) from the AAPM (American Academy of Project Management) in 2021.
