Sofia Dimolioulia has a diverse work experience. Sofia started as a Working Student in People & Culture Development at Instagrid in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Intern in Employee Experience (Learning & Development) at MHP – A Porsche Company from October 2022 to March 2023. Sofia also has experience as an English Second Language Instructor at St Andrew's Junior College in July 2022 and as an EFL teacher at Cyclus School from September 2020 to May 2022. Sofia served as a Customer Service Manager at CasaDeLinos from February 2017 to September 2020. Additionally, Sofia worked as a Freelancer English Teacher, providing private English lessons, from September 2013 to September 2020. Sofia also had roles as an Oral Examiner and Room Supervisor at Michigan State University in June-August 2020 and at Anatolia College in May 2019. Sofia worked as an EFL Instructor at Oxford International Education Group in June-July 2019 and as an EFL Teacher at MST TSAPIKIDOU FOREIGN LANGUAGE SCHOOL from September 2018 to August 2020. Overall, Sofia has a strong background in teaching English as a Second Language, as well as experience in customer service and employee development.

Sofia Dimolioulia has a diverse educational background. Sofia completed their Master's degree in Adult Education (Educational Sciences) from Hellenic Open University, spanning from 2021 to 2023. Before that, they pursued a CELTA certification in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor from the University of Cambridge in 2020.

Sofia also holds a Bachelor of Education (BA TEFL/ English Language and Literature) from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), obtained between 2012 and 2017. During their undergraduate studies, they gained practical teaching experience through a Teaching Practice program at the 105th Elementary school of Thessaloniki in 2016 and 2017.

In terms of their earlier education, Sofia received their High School Diploma in General Studies from the General High School of Kassandra in 2012.

Aside from their formal education, Sofia has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Sofia holds a Safeguarding Certificate from the British Council (obtained in June 2019) and a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) granted by the UK Ministry of Education (obtained in July 2019). Additionally, Sofia has completed courses such as "Foundations of Performance Management" and "Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers" through LinkedIn, obtaining these certifications in March 2023 and November 2022, respectively.
