Joe Neale currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Head of the Respiratory Innovation Center at invoX Pharma since February 2024. Prior to this role, Joe held the position of VP Product Development & Programme Management at Consort Medical Plc from October 2019 to May 2024, and previously worked as Director of Technical Development at Boston Scientific for a brief period in 2019. Between 2014 and 2020, Joe was Director of Technical Development at BTG plc, where responsibilities included overseeing R&D for medical devices and combination products. Joe's earlier experience includes leading product development within the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors at SPD Swiss Precision Diagnostics and serving as Manufacturing Team Lead at Euro DPC. Joe Neale holds a Master of Science degree in Transnational Medicine from Cranfield School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Bangor University.
