Roman Lavlinskii began their work experience in 2010 when they co-founded Numbers Ltd. Roman held this co-founder role until September 2012. In September 2012, Lavlinskii co-founded Sociohub and remained in this role until January 2020. In 2015, Lavlinskii joined DSR Corporation as a Business Development professional until February 2023 when they took on the role of Vice President of Business Development. Additionally, in August 2019, Lavlinskii became the CEO of Noema.

Roman Lavlinskii attended Basov Gymnasium for an unspecified period of time. Following this, from 2002 to 2010, they pursued a degree in Finance at Voronezh State University, earning a Magister degree.
