Isabelle Sanchez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Isabelle began their career as a Retail Assistant at OrotonGroup in December 2019 and held this position until January 2020. In November 2018, they joined Penny Scallan Design as an Assistant Merchandiser and stayed with the company until December 2020. Isabelle then transitioned to Melbourne Plastic Surgery in January 2019 and worked as a Business Administrator until March 2021. Isabelle gained further experience in the finance sector at Fresh as an Investor Experience Intern from January to March 2021. Isabelle continued their career growth at the same company, taking on the role of Associate, Investor Relations from March 2021 to February 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Client Success Manager at Fresh, starting in February 2022.

Isabelle Sanchez pursued their education from 2004 to 2012 at UWC South East Asia. Isabelle then attended Geelong Grammar School from 2012 to 2015. Following this, Isabelle completed an International Baccalaureate program in 2014 and 2015. From 2017 to 2020, they attended Monash University and obtained a Bachelor of Business and Arts degree. Isabelle'sbusiness major was in Banking and Finance, while their arts major was in International Relations. Additionally, they completed a minor in Psychology. Isabelle also obtained several certifications, including "Jodi Glickman on Make 'Em Love You at Work" and "Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself" from LinkedIn in December 2020. In 2012, they received the Bronze Duke of Edinburgh certification from Geelong Grammar.
