Laura Zarina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in startup support, business incubation, and project management within the investment and development sector. Currently serving as the Head of Startup Support Division at the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia since May 2024, Laura previously held roles including Deputy Director and Head of Business Incubator at Latvijas Investīciju un attīstības aģentūra - LIAA. Laura's career also includes positions at GIGI BLOKS, FF Foods, and MAMMU, where responsibilities ranged from project management to office administration and product management. Laura's early career involved significant contributions at Baltsee Ltd. in launching the Nordsee restaurant in Riga and providing support to various small businesses. Educated at Vidzemes Augstskola with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Relations/Communication, Laura possesses a robust foundation in public relations and effective communication skills.
