Jim Snyder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and business development within the maritime and defense sectors. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager at ICI Services since October 2014, Jim leads acquisition tasks supporting PMS 317 and oversees the SURFMEPP program, managing 19 direct reports. Prior roles include strategic planning consultant for Crowley Maritime, proposal development manager at Enterprise Information Services, and senior program manager at THOR Solutions, LLC. Jim's career also features significant contributions to the U.S. Coast Guard and Naval Sea Systems Command, focusing on ship designs and acquisitions. Educational credentials include two Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from Duke University and a Master of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the University of Michigan.
