Lara I. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lara worked at Envi (IOS) as a Project Manager, starting in February 2021 and later transitioning to the role of Sr Project Manager in April 2023.

Prior to Envi (IOS), Lara worked at Premier Inc. for several years. Lara started as a Beneficiary Service Representative at BlueCross BlueShield of SC in January 2011, where they educated and enrolled beneficiaries into the TRICARE health care benefit program. Lara also processed referrals to specialty care providers and led educational sessions for groups of beneficiaries.

In April 2012, Lara moved to Palmetto GBA and took on the role of Provider Enrollment Analyst. In this position, they enrolled suppliers into the Medicare Durable Medical Equipment Program and analyzed enrollment applications to ensure compliance with CMS guidelines.

In June 2013, Lara joined Premier Inc. as a Data Analyst, responsible for preparing member data for loading into Premier's data acquisition tools. Lara performed reconciliations, requested approval to send data to the data warehouse, and collaborated with the clinical team on quality review issues. Lara also conducted research on member issues and financial charges against coded data.

Lara's responsibilities at Premier Inc. expanded over time. Lara worked as a Data Consultant from September 2015 to September 2016, and then as a Senior Data Consultant from September 2016 to February 2018. Finally, they served as an Associate Project Manager from February 2018 to January 2021.

Overall, Lara has gained valuable experience in project management, data analysis, enrollment analysis, and beneficiary services throughout their career.

Lara I. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from Coastal Carolina University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Later, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued and completed their Master of Health Administration degree in Health Services Administration at Webster University. In addition to their formal education, Lara I. also obtained a certification in "Communicating with Confidence" from LinkedIn in December 2020.
