Alexander Payant has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alexander is currently working as a Product Owner - North America at Invenco since July 2022. Prior to this, they were a Project Manager at OneSeven Tech from March 2022 to August 2022.

From 2019 to 2022, Alexander worked at FIS as an Agile Product Owner. In this role, they assisted in the development and publishing of over 100 API's to the company portal. Alexander also led two teams of 5-6 developers each and utilized JIRA and Rally to track project data.

Before that, Alexander worked at Leonardo DRS from 2016 to 2019. Alexander served as a Materials Planner, where they instructed buyers on which parts to purchase for sales and manufacturing orders. Alexander also managed project schedules as a Program Analyst using tools like Microsoft Project, Excel, and Oracle.

In 2016, Alexander had a summer job as a Deck Hand at Riverwalk Boat Tours & Rentals. Alexander ensured customers completed paperwork and understood the rules before renting boats. Alexander also assisted the captain and ensured guest safety.

During their internship at Robert W. Baird & Co. in 2015, Alexander supported the Project Manager in asset/database management and the delivery of a VoIP Phone system project. Alexander also created and managed an automated newsletter project in SharePoint.

Other experiences include an IT Internship at CNH Industrial in 2014, a role as a Ski/Snowboard Instructor at Granite Peak Ski Area in 2013, a Shop Assistant position at North Central Mechanical in 2013, and serving as an Assistant Golf Course Pro Shop Manager/Head of Technology at Bass Lake Golf Course from 2010 to 2013.

Alexander Payant completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Information Technology and Marketing from Marquette University, which they attended from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Antigo High School, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.

Additionally, Alexander Payant obtained several certifications. In November 2019, they became a Certified POPM (Product Owner / Product Manager) through Scaled Agile, Inc. Alexander also attained the Certified SAFe 4 Agilist certification from the same institution during the same month and year. Most recently, in March 2022, they achieved the PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner) certification from Scrum.org.
