Anxhi Subashi has a diverse work experience in the field of product design and UI/UX. They are currently serving as the Head of Product Design at AID:Tech, where they lead the UI/UX process for AidTech products. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Product Designer at AI Coaching, where they worked on projects related to mental health and internal systems. They also held the position of Senior Product Designer at LACONICS, where they worked for a year. Anxhi Subashi has experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer at Ritech International AG and StreamUp EU, where they led the UI/UX processes for new clients and contributed to the rebranding of StreamUp. They also have experience as a Digital Art Director at Wunderman Thompson and Le Spot Group Official. In the earlier years of their career, Anxhi Subashi worked at Softmogul as a UI/UX Designer, Web Developer, and Web Designer. They also worked briefly at Softlab Technology as a UI/UX Designer. Prior to these roles, Anxhi Subashi worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer. Overall, their work experience demonstrates their expertise in product design, UI/UX, and graphic design.

Anxhi Subashi pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from the Canadian Institute of Technology - CIT from 2019 to 2021. Prior to this, Anxhi completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Informatics from the University of Tirana, which spanned from 2016 to 2019.
