Gabrielle Grandchamp currently serves as a Senior Scientist in Microbiology at Invaio Sciences, where efforts focus on developing sustainable solutions for microbial plant pathogens since June 2021. Prior to this role, Gabrielle held positions including Principal Scientist at PhagePro, working on phage-based therapy to prevent cholera infection, and a Postdoctoral Research Associate and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, studying soil bacteria interactions. Teaching experiences at UNC included roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for Human Anatomy and Physiology and Medical Microbiology. Additional experience includes an ImPACT Internship at Novozymes, an Undergraduate Research Assistantship at Brown University, and participation in a National Science Foundation REU program at the University of Maine. Gabrielle earned a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Brown University.
