Doyoung Kim has a diverse work experience in the display technology industry. Doyoung most recently worked as a Production Manager at Inuru since August 2022. Prior to that, they held roles at Huawei Consumer Business Group and Huawei Finland, where they worked as a display expert and OLED display expert respectively. Before their time at Huawei, Doyoung worked as an OLED Process Engineer at Applied Materials and as an OLED process expert at Huawei Consumer Business Group. Doyoung also held positions at Samsung Display, SDC, Samsung Mobile Display (SMD), Samsung SDI, and Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology, where they gained experience as a Principal Engineer, Senior Engineer, and Research Assistant.

Doyoung Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Korea University, which was obtained from 1991 to 1997. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, completing it between 1997 and 1999. In 2000, they enrolled at Texas A&M University and earned a Doctor's Degree in Aerospace engineering and MEMS, which was completed in 2005. Additionally, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University, which they pursued from 2001 to 2005.
