As an Integration Support Manager/Business Analyst, Alex works with customers to provide the industry’s most comprehensive, deployable and infinitely scalable Software as a Service (SaaS) integration platform InterWeave® with “SmartSolutions” that integrates financial and CRM applications, enterprise systems, legacy applications, databases, files, content, and web services. Some of his responsibilities include customer’s initial integration solution analysis, setup and configuration, and customer support.
