Anna Bunnell currently serves as the People Operations Manager at Interstate Business Solutions, LLC, starting in January 2024. Previously, Anna held the position of Director of Operations at Northwestern Mutual from May 2020 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading Operations and HR functions for a growing financial services team and implementing strategic systems to enhance communication and client care. As a former Small Business Owner of Anna Kate & Co Salon from November 2010 to August 2021, Anna focused on creating a nurturing environment for professionals to build their client bases and emphasizes exceptional service. Earlier experience includes a Communications Intern role at Immigrant Welcome Center, where Anna refined social media strategies and engaged in community outreach. Anna began the career as a hairstylist at Texture Hair Design and holds a Bachelor of General Studies in English and Communication from Indiana University Indianapolis, along with a Cosmetology License from Regency Beauty Institute - Indianapolis.
