Fiorella Puente is an experienced professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Talent Management & DEI Lead at Interseguro Compañía de Seguros since January 2019, after progressing through various roles within the company. Prior to this, Fiorella worked at Gilat Satellite Networks as a Human Resources Analyst, overseeing the entire recruitment cycle and managing training programs. Earlier experience includes positions as a Human Resources Assistant at MAPFRE PERÚ and as a Junior Recruiter at M & M Soluciones Integrales en Capital Humano. Fiorella holds a BA in Organisational Psychology from Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal and has pursued further education in talent management and innovation at various prestigious institutions, including Alliance Manchester Business School.
