Shobha Saini possesses extensive experience in human resources, having worked at Internshala since December 2015, progressing through roles such as AVP - HR, Senior Manager - HR, Manager - HR, and Manager - Employer Relations. Prior to Internshala, Shobha Saini served as a Customer Care Associate and HR Manager for Reputation Management at SyberPlace.com. An internship at CRIS, an Autonomous Society under the Ministry of Indian Railways, involved the development of an induction program and a training module for new employees. Shobha Saini holds an MBA in Human Resources and Information Technology from the Delhi School of Management at Delhi Technological University, alongside a B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering and foundational education in science and ICSE.
