André Heller Pérache is a seasoned humanitarian professional with extensive experience in leading and managing international programs. Currently serving as the Director of the Signpost Project at the International Rescue Committee since February 2020, André has successfully scaled the program to operate in 30 countries, focusing on empowering communities in humanitarian crises. Prior roles include Emergency Field Director during the Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where André managed a $20 million budget, and various leadership positions with Médecins Sans Frontières, including Country Director in multiple crises like Haiti and South Sudan. André co-founded Overview Coffee, advocating for regenerative agriculture, and has a solid educational background with a Master’s in Political Science from the London School of Economics.
