Rachel Gearhart, LCSW, CDC I, has extensive experience in behavioral health and culinary tourism. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at JAMHI Health & Wellness since September 2010, Rachel oversees a variety of integrated healthcare services and also functions as the CCBHC Project Director. Previous roles at JAMHI include Interim CEO, Director of Behavioral Health Services, and Assistant Clinical Director, demonstrating leadership in clinical supervision and program management. Rachel has also contributed to the field through positions at the Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center and UHS, as well as involvement in education and community health initiatives. A graduate of Washington University with a Master’s in Social Work and Coe College with a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Rachel's professional journey reflects a commitment to both mental health services and community engagement. Additionally, since May 2016, Rachel has worked as a Culinary Host for Juneau Food Tours, showcasing a passion for the local food scene.
