Barbara Smith currently serves as the Head of Claim at International Programs Group, a position held since October 2017. Prior to this role, Barbara worked at Travelers from October 2010 to October 2017 as the National Manager of Audit & Compliance and as a Claims Manager. During the tenure at Travelers, Barbara managed dynamic teams addressing Ontario Accident Benefits, General Liability, Property, and Home Warranty claims, with notable experience in relocating from Toronto to Vancouver for 18 months and then returning to Toronto.
