Carlos Quintana is an experienced food and beverage operations professional with a career spanning over a decade in various managerial roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Food and Beverage Operations Manager at The Ryder Hotel since November 2022 and as Food and Beverage Manager at Emeline since May 2021, Carlos has previously held positions such as Executive Chef and Beverage Manager at El Roble, and interim manager at W Hotels.
