Carlos Quintana is an experienced food and beverage operations professional with a career spanning over a decade in various managerial roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Food and Beverage Operations Manager at The Ryder Hotel since November 2022 and as Food and Beverage Manager at Emeline since May 2021, Carlos has previously held positions such as Executive Chef and Beverage Manager at El Roble, and interim manager at W Hotels. Additional experience includes roles at J By José Andrés, Canalla Bistro By Ricard Camarena, JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort, and within the Princess Cruises culinary team. Carlos holds a Chef Master degree in International Gastronomy from Instituto Gastronómico Corbuse and a degree in International Business Administration in the Hospitality Industry from Universidad del Valle de México, alongside a certificate from the Glion Institute of Higher Education.
