Bret Ellis is an accomplished analytics professional currently serving as the Analytics Manager and Lead Data Scientist at International Medical Group (IMG) since September 2019, where Bret established the company’s first dedicated analytics team focused on forecasting, predictive analytics, AI, and machine learning. Prior experience includes a senior data analyst role for the State of Indiana from May 2011 to September 2019, leading a team to fulfill the data needs of the Indiana Department of Correction and employing advanced statistical techniques for program evaluations. Bret's career also encompasses work as an independent contractor for various firms in marketing and data collection, teaching positions at Kent State University, and a management role at GMR Marketing. Educational credentials include an MBA and a Master’s degree in Cognitive and Social Processes, both from Ball State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the same institution.
