Stefanie Burtulato has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in customer service, knowledge management, and logistics. Currently, Stefanie serves as a Knowledge Management Analyst at Independence Blue Cross since September 2018, following a role as an Associate Knowledge Management Analyst. Stefanie has been a server at Chickie's and Pete's since November 2005, where responsibilities included training new employees and promoting a positive work environment. Additional experience includes roles at Aramark as a Club Level Suite Attendant and as a Concessions Head Cashier, as well as positions at Penn Medicine as a Patient Access Representative, BDP International as a Logistics Coordinator, and TD Bank Group as a Customer Service Representative. Stefanie holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Leadership from Rosemont College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Neumann University.
