Mike Ferguson has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Starting in 1994, they worked as a Client Liaison Officer at Fidelity Investments Canada Limited, where they established and maintained relationships between plan sponsors and the administration area. In 1995, Mike joined Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce as a Manager of Operations and Administration, overseeing the activities of a start-up department. Mike then moved on to DST Canada Inc., where they served as a Director of Project Managers, providing management direction and ensuring client requirements were met. In 2000, Mike rejoined Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce as a Director/Senior Consultant, responsible for developing a fee-based strategy for high-value clients. From 2001 to 2004, they worked at BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. as a National Account Manager, managing the day-to-day activities of employee benefit plans. Mike then joined International Financial Data Services Canada as a Director of Client Services in 2004, where they were in charge of client relationship management for the Insurance Division. Mike was subsequently promoted to Vice President of Relationship Management in 2015, overseeing the entire client experience at IFDS for assigned clients and proactively managing client relationships at all levels.
From 1981 to 1984, Mike Ferguson attended Western University where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
