Femke van der Zeijden is a seasoned professional in the field of taxation and M&A, currently serving as a Partner and Director of M&A and Private Equity at PwC Sweden since September 2020. Femke is also a PhD candidate at Linköping University and has been an author for the IBFD Tax Research Platform since 2016, specializing in Swedish tax analyses. Previously, Femke held the position of Senior Tax Manager at PwC from 2008 to 2020, focusing on private equity fund structuring and M&A tax support. Femke has contributed to academia as a guest lecturer at Nyenrode Business University and the International School of Economics at Tbilisi State University.
