Carolina Tavares Rodrigues is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in labor and employment law. Currently serving as the Officer of the Diversity and Equality Law Committee at the International Bar Association since January 2023, Carolina also holds the position of Latam Senior Labor & Employment Counsel at GE Vernova since January 2021 and has been the Brazil Labor & Employment Senior Counsel at GE since July 2016. Prior to this, Carolina was a Senior Associate at Machado Meyer Advogados from May 2012 to June 2016, and at Veirano Advogados from March 2011 to April 2012. Carolina began their career as an Associate and later a Senior Associate at Levy & Salomão Advogados from June 2002 to March 2011. Carolina holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, earned between 1999 and 2003.
