Namrata Verma is an experienced program manager with a strong background in technology and software quality engineering. Currently serving at the International Association For Human Values India (IAHV) since April 2020, Namrata has successfully led initiatives to enhance well-being on university campuses across the United States, mentored well-being coordinators, and collaborated with university leadership to significantly grow program presence. Prior to IAHV, Namrata held positions at Dell EMC as a Senior Software Quality Engineer, ensuring data protection in cloud environments, and at CA Technologies as a Software Engineer, focusing on infrastructure management tools. Namrata’s earlier roles include working with TeleNav on mobile GPS applications and contributing to software development at notable companies like Intel, IBM, and Sony. Namrata holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering and Technology.
