Umar Nisar is a skilled professional with extensive experience in project management and capacity building. Currently serving as a Senior Project Officer at Mercy Corps since March 2023, Umar focuses on utilizing the mobile application RIDERS FOR HEALTH for specimen transportation and data collection in 79 districts across Pakistan. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at Nai Zindagi Trust, where Umar held multiple roles, including Project Officer and Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, establishing over twenty CoPC+ sites and training teams nationwide. Earlier, Umar worked as an Admin and Finance Assistant for the Pakistan Wetlands Program (UNDP Project), managing logistics and financial documentation. Umar holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Human Resource from the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology.
