Jess Ondusko is a seasoned UX Designer currently employed at the United States Digital Service since July 2019, leveraging extensive experience in user experience design from previous roles at the American Society of Clinical Oncology as a UX Specialist and Reingold, Inc. as a User Experience Designer. Ondusko's expertise encompasses conducting thorough research, developing user experience strategies, and creating project deliverables such as wireframes and journey maps. Collaborative skills were demonstrated through work with cross-functional teams to enhance digital products and promote usability best practices. Ondusko’s educational background includes degrees in Visual Design and Historical studies, along with a Master’s degree in Library & Information Science, enhancing a well-rounded approach to user-centered design.
