Kat Hardisty is a seasoned professional in content and service design, currently serving as the Content and Service Design Manager at the Ministry for Primary Industries since December 2022. Previously, Kat held the position of Product and Service Design Manager at the Tertiary Education Commission from April 2019 to November 2022, and has extensive experience in user experience and customer insights through roles at Catch Design, Optimal Workshop, and Designworks Ltd, where leadership of the User Experience team focused on customer insights and solution effectiveness. Other notable positions include Customer Experience Strategic Lead at Powershop NZ Ltd, and various roles at Kiwibank and the Bank of New Zealand that emphasized customer research and usability. Kat holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Diploma in Design from the University of Otago.
