Jorge Morales brings extensive experience in operations and management, having served as Plant Manager at InterMetro de Mexico since September 2000 and previously as Director of Operations from February 2016 to January 2019. Previously, Jorge spent over two decades at Ford Motor Company, where roles included Team Area Manager and Area Manager, overseeing various departments from Engineering to Purchasing and Production Management. Jorge holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, earned between 1972 and 1976. Currently, Jorge is retired, having transitioned from active management roles to focus on personal endeavors.
