Regina Hadravkova has worked in various roles since 1994. Regina began their career as a Marketing Department and Project Assistant at Vojenské stavby, a.s. in 1994. Regina then moved on to K.L.M.G building management s.r.o. in 2000 as an Office Assistant. In 2003, they joined Davis Langdon s.r.o. as an Office Assistant. In 2004, they began working at DHL Information Services (Europe) s.r.o. as a Recruiter. In this role, they managed a diverse portfolio of openings for IT Service Desk, technical positions for IT departments, Finance and Office Management, organized assessment centers, communicated with hiring managers, reported, updated recruitment status using MS SharePoint, posted positions on company career page and external job sites, searched for candidates, arranged interviews, screened and tested candidates, and participated in job fairs. In 2015 and 2016, they filled approximately 150 and 170 positions respectively. Regina also took on the role of HR Specialist - Health & Safety, Policies & Procedures, Reporting, Exit Process, Recruitment in August 2014. In this role, they were responsible for recruitment, reporting from SAP, maintaining and updating HR Policies and Procedures, Health and Safety activities, Employment law, 27001 ISO - Information Security Management System, and Exit process management. Regina filled approximately 50 multilingual positions for IT Service Desk between 08 to 12/2014, completed a review of all HR policies and procedures and employment contractual documents in connection with the new Czech Civil Code as of 1st January 2014, and conducted annual ISO 27001 internal and external audits in 2012 and 2013, as well as annual H&S audits in 2013 and 2014. In 2017, they joined Intermap Technologies as an Office Assistant.
Regina Hadravkova obtained a Certificate of Completion from Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic in 2013, after completing a one-year course in Employment Law for HR. Prior to that, they completed a Post Secondary Education with a leaving exam at the National Educational Institute in Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic in 1993. Her field of study included Travel Industry Management, PC literacy, English, Economy, and Psychology. Regina also obtained their High School degree from Grammar School in Kadan, Czech Republic in 1992, with a focus on Mathematics, Physics, PC literacy, Economy, and English. In 2015, they obtained a CEB SHL Talent Measurement certification from CEB SHL.
