Paulette Brager, CPHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience leading HR initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Lead, HR Service Delivery at Interior Health Authority since July 2023, Paulette oversees the implementation of an innovative HR service delivery model. Previously, over a 14-year tenure at First West Credit Union, Paulette successfully managed significant projects, including transitioning to a federally regulated credit union and launching diversity initiatives. Early career roles at Campion Marine and Canadian Tire involved implementing performance management systems and developing employee training programs, respectively. Paulette holds a Provincial Instructor's Diploma from Vancouver Community College and a Business Studies Certificate in Human Resources from Okanagan College.
